If you would like to receive our response via email, please ensure you tick the box on the request form (if applicable). Otherwise our response will be sent via post.

We aim to action your request within 5 working days. However this timescale can increase during busy periods. 

Please note that we use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic. If your mail server does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails you send to us, or emails you request from us, may not be protected in transit.

Forms

Certificate of interest - Confirms the total interest charged in the requested tax year, and is normally used for tax return purposes.

Statement of account - Provides a transactional history of the mortgage account, over the period of time you request. Please note – If you are intending to repay your mortgage balance, please request a Redemption Statement for this purpose.
